“Milwaukee artist Dad had a very successful single debut earlier this year with ‘Lake Drive’ ft.Fivy. ‘The Father Figure EP’, a 7 track EP that includes Lake Drive, is Dad’s debut project. His deep-toned voice, often altered to be even deeper, coupled with lots of hazy and atmospheric production give Dad a distinct sound seriously worth checking out. The Father Figure EP has the sound of an artist who has really found his sound and honed his craft, not of an artist just trying to put together a sampling of himself for a first project.”
