WMSE 91.7FM and Times Cinema are teaming up to bring you TWILIGHT ZONE: THE MOVIE. Doors and Zero Hour Dj Andy who is a member of Brew City Psychotronic Society are at 8pm. Film at 9pm. There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man’s fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call The Twilight Zone.
In 1983, four of the greatest genre directors working at the time teamed up for a big budget adaptation of Rod Serling’s classic TV Show. Steven Spielberg, John Landis, Joe Dante and George Miller. Assembling an all-star cast including John Lithgow, Dan Aykroyd, Albert Brooks and Scatman Crothers, the four directors took turns paying tribute to the work of Serling with three adaptations of classic episodes and one original story.
