Old 97’s to headline 9th Annual WMSE Backyard BBQ

Presented by Lake Front Brewery, Comet and Colectivo

Grab your cutoffs and a cold brew, ‘cause the headliners for this year’s WMSE Backyard BBQ are the Old 97’s—and you are in for one helluva good time. Hailing from Dallas this alt-country group has headlined stages as big as Denver’s Red-Rocks to as small as Emo’s in Austin, Texas and now they will play for free at Humboldt Park in Bay View on Saturday, Aug. 25.

All the fun takes place Saturday, Aug. 25 from Noon to 8 p.m. in the station’s even bigger backyard—Humboldt Park, right in the heart of Bay View at 3000 S. Howell Ave. It’s the station’s small thank-you to its listeners and members for their continued support.
