Goitse is a flourishing, highly talented five piece band, fast making a name for themselves as one of the most sought after bands amongst connoisseurs of Irish traditional music. Their fast-paced energetic playing has seen them enjoying a growing fan base through show-stopping performances in Ireland, America, Finland, Denmark and even Africa.
Goitse performs at the Irish Cultural and Heritage Center (2133 W. Wisconsin Avenue) Friday, February 28th as part of the Hallamor Concert Series. Tune into WMSE’s Chicken Shack program with Jonny Z as he welcomes the band into the studios for an acoustic performance and interview at 10:30am on Friday.
